We start on our own farms in Southern Nigeria. Cassava and other crops are planted using agricultural practices that promote soil health and consistent yield. By controlling cultivation ourselves, we maintain visibility over the quality of our raw materials from the very first stage.
Crops are harvested at the right stage of maturity to ensure the highest quality raw material. For cassava, timing is particularly important — fresh cassava must be processed quickly after harvest to preserve its quality. Our farming team manages harvest timing carefully across the operation.
Fresh agricultural raw material is moved promptly into processing. For cassava flour and starch, this involves peeling, washing, grating, pressing, drying and milling — each step managed to achieve consistent output quality. For shea butter, shea nuts are cracked, roasted and processed to extract and refine the butter.
Each batch is tested for purity, moisture content, particle consistency and physical quality before it proceeds. Our quality checks are designed to ensure that every product leaving our facility meets the specification our customers depend on.
Products are packaged for their intended market — from bulk industrial packaging for B2B and export customers to appropriately sized units for food service and retail. Packaging is designed to preserve product quality during storage and transit.
Finished products are stored under appropriate conditions before dispatch. Our logistics operations handle delivery to customers across Nigeria and coordinate export shipments for international buyers.
The final step — connecting our products with domestic distributors, food manufacturers, retailers and export buyers. We supply businesses across Nigeria and ship to international markets seeking dependable West African agricultural ingredients.
